“I want to kiss her until the sun comes up and I want to touch every inch of her skin.”
Max is the sixth book in the Cold Fury Hockey Series. Max Fournier is a romantic at heart. As the star goalie for the Cold Fury Hockey team, he is no stranger to the hockey bunnies that flock the ice. But Max has always wanted more. When he meets single mom Julianne Bradley he knows he has met his match. Julianne isn’t concerned with his “pro-hockey god status” and instead she is focused on working hard and giving the best she can to her kids. After losing her sister, Julianne adopted her niece and nephew and is working two jobs to keep things afloat. When Max offers Julianne the world, she is hesitant to let her guard down and let him in. But with passion, tender romance, and unconditional love Max and Julianne manage to create their very own happily ever after.
“One in a fucking million.”
Told in dual POV, Max offers another Cold Fury Hockey winner with witty text, passion, and tender romance. The central theme of family and friendship resonate as these pro-players strive to be their best on the ice and off. I adore the dynamics between these characters. Max and Julianne are unique because Julianne has two children to consider. I adored the commitment Max offers her and the way in which she learns to trust him in every situation.
Overall, I will continue to praise Sawyer Bennett for creating such a phenomenal series. The hockey players are hot and when they find their match it’s like fireworks going off on the Fourth of July! If you are a hockey romance fan, you do not want to miss this dynamic series.
